The primary goal was to tackle Dewpoint’s challenges, including fragmented brand identity, low web visibility, subpar user experience, and ineffective lead generation. We looked at Dewpoint’s Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system and quickly identified inefficiencies in their sales process. We collaborated closely to establish a new sales workflow within their existing CRM and helped migrate their process from Hubspot to Salesforce.
